Now that fall activities are starting to commence, the Rocky Mount "Scarecrow Trail" has been taking over the streets downtown. The Community Partnership For Revitalization has organized this new annual tradition for the past three years to get in the fall spirit. Their main goal is to showcase the friendly and welcoming businesses of Franklin County. On October 27th the winners were announced at the Farmers Market.
